Your subscription renews automatically each year unless canceled in time through your ALENATRO account. Any discounts apply only to the subscription and do not carry over. No refunds are provided for partial use or unused time.

We reserve the right to modify prices with appropriate notice. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

With an active subscription, you have access to updates, downloads, and basic support for the duration of your subscription. If your subscription expires or is canceled, access is suspended until it is renewed.

Support is provided exclusively through the ALENATRO system and is limited to installation and operation issues related to the layout. It does not cover customizations, modifications, or third-party software issues except for Yootheme.

By using our Services, you agree that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection, privacy, and export/import regulations.

All content and services, including text, graphics, logos, code, and other elements, are protected by copyright and other laws. They belong to us or to third parties who have licensed them to us.

These terms do not grant you any rights to copy, modify, distribute, or use the content commercially without prior written permission.

You may not rent, sell, resell, or grant access to your account or API keys to third parties. API keys may be used only on websites you own or manage. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

We may, at our discretion, terminate your access to the services at any time without notice, for any reason, including breach of the terms, legal requirements, or infringement of third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services or your access to them at any time without notice or liability.

Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be error-free or that access will be continuous. Use is at your own risk.

ALENATRO and its partners are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or other consequences arising from the use or inability to use the services. The total of our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALENATRO and its partners from any liability, damage, claim, or expense (including legal fees) arising from:

• your violation of these terms,
• use of third-party services in connection with our services,
• content you submit or share through our platform.

These terms may change at any time without notice. Any changes will be published with an updated date and may be communicated via email or our platform if deemed significant.

Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the new terms. It is recommended that you check this page regularly.
